Vivid_90s has a generous free exchange policy that guarantees free replacements within 14 days of reception if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process replacements after I have received the inquiry

We have a 14-day return policy for non-sale items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and initiate an exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as the cost of shipping the item originally.

Final Sale Items: All sale, promotional, or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

International Shipping

Customs & Import Fees: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by their country.

Delays: International orders may experience delays due to customs processing, which is outside of our control.

 Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
